Two important things to note:

  1. Be sure cookies are enabled in your browser. This enables the store to save your ordered items as you browse through the website.

  2. When you wish to order an item, be sure to click on the "add-to-cart" icon to purchase an item. You will see a notation telling you that the item has been added. At that point you may use your browsers back button or simply choose to return to the home page. Your shopping cart will hold all items for you until you checkout. Once the checkout process is completed, the cookie will be removed from your computer.

Our 100 % Secure Online Herbalife store has been updated for easier shopping. From any place in our site, you will see the Shopping and View Cart links on the top of any page. The Shopping link will show you a complete listing of our products broken out by category followed by the individual items and the View Cart link will show you the items ready for purchase.

Store Security
Our Store Checkout is completely secure. All information you enter is captured in a secure socket and is sent in encrypted format. After inputting your information, you will received a receipt from our Store. We will email your tracking information as soon as it is available.

Shipping
Orders for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico cannot be sent via Ground Shipping. The usual charge for these order is $8.00 or 6% of the retail value of the order. The shipping charge is included in the "Sales Tax" section for these locations.

Shopping Cart - View Cart
At any point you may click the View Cart link to see your purchases. Upon doing so, you will see a table with the Quantity, Prod ID#, Product Name, Product Description, and the Total Cost. You will notice that the Quantity Field may be Edited here. If you wish to change a quantity, simply highlight the number, change it, and click the Edit Quantity Button located below the Order Totals table. You may repeat this procedure as often as you like. To Remove Items from the cart, click the Remove Items Button, which will re-display the tables giving you the option to click and remove the item (s).

You will also notice that the Orders Table shows a charge "Herbalife Handling". This is a charge that Herbalife applies to all orders and is NOT a shipping charge.

Finishing Up - Check Out
When you are satisfied that your shopping cart is accurate, click the View Cart link from the top of the site and then click the Complete Order Button.

Choose method of Payment:
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

Phone/Email:
Self-Explanatory but required. Your order will not be processed without this information. When all information has been entered, click the Verify Order Button. In the event that you skip a section accidentally, you will be told of the error and will be given the chance to update the information by clicking the Make Changes Button. Remember to enable cookies or your shopping cart will be empty.

Credit Card Number Verification:
After clicking the Verify Order Button, a quick check of the credit card number entered will be conducted. Any problems will be reported to you via screen message and you will be given the opportunity to go back to change the information.
