Yes they will replace the Original and Refreshed Green tablets as well as the Gold tablets. Due to the latest reformulation of the product, it now also replaces the Ephedra-Free Green tablets.
How do I take the tablets?
Take one tablet three times a day with breakfast, lunch and a mid-afternoon snack. For best results, use as part of your ShapeWorks weight loss program.
Does this product contain caffeine and how much?
Yes. Total Control contains approximately 84 mg of caffeine per tablet.

There is a special notice for pregnant or lactating women. Total Control is not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation.
Can I take these tablets in conjunction with Herbal Concentrate?
Absolutely. However, those who are caffeine-sensitive should be aware that both products contain caffeine. Herbal Concentrate contains 85 mg of caffeine per suggested serving (1/2 teaspoon) and Total Control contains the same amount per tablet.
Can I take this product in conjunction with Original Green, Green or Green Ephedra Free Tablets?
No, you should not combine the products.
Can I take these tablets in conjunction with the Beige tablets?
The Beige tablets have been discontinued. Total Control has one-tablet convenience with familiar and new herbs that have an aquaretic ("fluid-mobilizing") effect.
