All retail products may be returned within the 30-day timeframe. Return the unused portion of the products, in their original containers, along with a signed "Refund Request" form and your order receipt. Discount Kits and International Business Packs (IBP) cannot be returned. All return orders will be subject to a 10% Restocking fee based on the full retail value of your order. Free gift must be returned, in full, or the retail value, plus shipping, handling and tax will be deducted from refund. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. If you elect to refuse your order, it will be considered a refund and the preceding procedures, including the restocking fee, will be applied.
